About me:

I am a Fedrally Licensed Collector of Curios & Relics. After 2 decades of collecting, I narrowed my interest and it is time for "thinning the herd". During the years I accumulated many duplicates, so these are the first ones to be offered for sale from my collection. If you are looking for a specific gun model not listed here, just ask, I may have one. The prices are in US$, are firm, and do not include any shipping costs.

Trades:

I will consider trades, preferably pre-1899 weapons, even in incomplete, "wallhanger" condition.

License requirements & Legal:

Antique (1898 and older) firearms can be shipped directly to you. By ordering such firearm, you represent that you are over 18 years old (over 21 years old where necessary) and you are not prohibited by any Federal, State or Local laws to own a firearm.
All post-1898 firearms purchased must be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer/gunshop or to a C&R (Curio & Relic) Collector. You (or your dealer) may mail, fax or e-mail a scanned copy of the signed license. I can fax or e-mail my license.
Search for FFL Dealers in your area. Shop around for a dealer who is willing to "Receive and Transfer the gun" to you at a reasonable price. Some of these dealers' transfer fees can be a real ripoff. You have to decide what is "reasonable" for a dealer to charge for a 10-20 minute paperwork and to gain a satisfied customer for life.
If you plan on buying more than one non-modern gun per year, you should get a C&R (collectors') license. This will allow you to have guns older than 50 years to be shipped directly to you. The application procedure may take 2-6 months. It will cost $10 per year to keep your license. For more info see the bottom of this page.
We can arrange a person-to-person sale if you are in the Tampa Bay area in Florida.
I will not ship to those areas where the local lawmakers illegally enforcing anti-Constitutional rules: No firearms to: DC, Chicago or Cook Co IL, No Handguns to: CA, MA, NY.
By ordering from me you represent that there are no specific rules and restrictions apply to you or to your area, which would jeopardise the legitimity of our transaction.

Payment methods:

(in order of preference)
- Postal money order

- PayPal (for allowable items) - add 3% to the total price
- Personal check - shipping will be held until the check clears
- MoneyGramm - see moneygramm.com or look for the service at any Walmart

Lay-Away:

Lay-away is available with a 20% downpayment for 60 days or with a 30% downpayment for 120 days. The Lay-away downpayment must be received within 14 days.

Shipping:

I prefer using UPS. I will try to estimate the actual UPS charge, using their website. I do not charge for ridiculous packing and handling fees. You can ask me to quote the the shipping cost, for that I need your Zip code. It is expected to be $15-$25 for a single rifle. Additional rifles can usually be shipped for $5 each in the same package. Handguns must be shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air. Info valid for ConUS.
Get "Detailed Time and Cost" estimate from UPS. Use the following typical info: Ship from 34677, Weight 11 lbs long rifles, 10 lbs short rifles, box size 48"x7"x4", Declare value $$$ (price), Value Added Service: Adult signature req'd.
You may, instead of paying for shipping, get your own UPS or FedEx pre-paid shipping label and mail it with your payment. Ask me for the box info for your label.
Small items can be shipped by USPS - uninsured, at your option. Books & Magazines will be shipped by USPS at actual Media Mail rate.
Your box will normally be shipped on the next business day after reception of payment and license. You will receive the Tracking Number to your e-mail address automatically.

Description of For Sale Item:

Read the description AND view all related pictures. The description and photos will be of the actual item, which is for sale. I will provide more description if you ask, and I can make more pictures of certain details upon request. I physically inspect each gun for functioning, missing parts, damages etc. However, I do not testfire the guns in my collection and I do not have a headspace gauge. The guns are sold for collecting purpose and you should take the gun to a qualified gunsmith for inspection before firing it.

Returns:

A 3-day non-firing inspection period allowed from the date you received the firearm. You may return the gun purchased from me for any reason. Let me know of your intention to return it by e-mail within the 3-day perion. The full price of the gun will be refunded, minus the shipping cost. Purchases must be returned in same condition as shipped and be unfired. In case of damage during shipping, UPS must be contacted asap, so they can make their damage report and claim started.

Exports:

Purchasing less than 5 or 10 guns at the same time will not be economical from outside the US, due to high initial exporting and shipping charges. Costs per gun will be more "reasonable" if spread out on 10 guns.

Ordering:

When ordering, please state clearly that you are purchasing the item, specify the item, method of payment and your name & address, so I put the rifle on hold for you. I expect to receive the mailed payment & license within 10 days. We can exchange licenses by fax or e-mail prior to mailing your payment. Mail full payment including shipping, and copy of FFL or C&R license (as applicable) to:
